The Service integrates with third-party services (Google Places, Yelp, OpenAI, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration.
